where to buy shims?

Im just wondering if anybody could tell me where i could buy shims from? (the shims that sit ontop of the valve springs)

im just wanting to know for when i refit my cams

I got mine from toyota around £8 plus vat each! not sure if you can get them elsewhere for cheaper though.

I sometimes get thick ones and grind them to suit. If you have the right gear you can grind the valve stems instead. Don't even THINK about doing that if you don't have the right gear.....
