Noz
More info needed. Has everything been connected again properly, have you maybe disturbed some of the ignition?

listy
Maybe you disturbed something? Did all the HT leads go back on the right plugs? Edited November 11, 2012 by listy (see edit history)
DodgyRog
Check your leads, check all electrical connections Did you get any water anywhere near the spark plug area, as in did you clean around the area at all Did you remove the throttle body totally or just slide it, either way there are 2x vacuum pipes underneath, did you reconnect them or pull them off by mistake When it was running for the couple of minute, was it running smooth or misfiring Is there any chance you bumped the end of a plug while putting them in and closed a plug gap
Nic
You may just have flooded the engine, try tuning it over with your foot on the accelerator flat to the floor - hold it there don't pump the pedal - if it is flooded it should fire up after a few seconds.
