I took the supra on this spring day out and drove a short way to countryside. After about 10 miles the warning light came back when i pushed a fat gas. Unfortunately, the failure is bigger than i thought. This happaned by 6000rmp and in second gear when i felt a big yank. After this continued the speed up and was coming the warning light with a big yank again moreover flashed the engine light.

I'm starting to worry what will be the problem?

Brake fluid level is already on maximum. I haven't any idea where begin the inquest. :(

You have described fuel cut, it's like hitting a wall!
