Black_Supra
are you going to brace your manifold with that massive turbo on it? if so where are you bracing to? I think about it ... its a Manifold from Paul with 4 mm thickness and i think it`s not really necessary cause the stock kits of Paul doesn`t even come with a bracking but i maybe will do it ... manifold + turbo weight unbelivable 29.2 KGs
Callaway Motorsport
I think it also had to do alot with the actual weight of the turbo. Not just the fact its big!

Black_Supra
Fabian are you using the cable ties as a temporary solution for the fuel filters? Not really, i welded a mount were the filters fit perfectly. WEith a cable tie i fixing them ... i think this is okay. But i thought already about hose clamps. SPG
I used Nylon ties like these (not this brand) http://www.cablecraft.co.uk/secure/tie-width-12-5mm.html

Black_Supra
Nice updates !! How did you find splitting/painting the headlights ? I have to do mine soon It`s not that hard, did this a few times more before Heat it in the kitchen around 10-15 mins on 100°C, then start in the inner corner with a scriver drew or something like that to split them ... when you splitted the inner side the rest is really easy, just pull a little bit. I painted them with normal spray paint... and after all you put them back in the oven and heat them up
