competition clutch problem

Hi people

I have installed the new clutch pilot and release bearing to my na tt a few months ago.

The release bearing its starting to squeak, I have checked the pedal clearance and is set to a maximum travel.

The push rod it's completely lose, so I presume this may be a bad bearing design.

Does anyone have the same problem?

I was thinking in fabricating a small plate to fit under the slave cylinder to get extra clearance between the rod and fork.

What do you guys think?
