a lot of you are just jumping on band wagon for no reason! abz is a perfect example of this! bought stereo off me, collected, we had a nice chat, he forgot the satnav disk, i dropped it to his place , no issues! and he posts on a thread "not the best transaction iv had".........i mean what was i supposed to do there? send him a sorry card because HE forgot the cd?

http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/archive/index.php/t-264404.html

just because i trade doesnt mean i cheat! stop implying that!

Yes I forgot the sat nav CD but what use would it have been without the sat nav ariel? You said that you would bring it round the following weekend but I didn't get it till 3/4 weeks later & that's after 'I' had to badger you for it. Then when you kindly dropped it off for me (which I am grateful for) the sat nav disk doesn't work in the UK, though it has the maps for the west of Europe.

So forgive me for saying it wasn't the best of transactions because it wasn't. I could have made a fuss about the Sat Nav but I didn't did I?

Ban me again....hmmm....ok.

My view is that given you are a repeat offender on here, not only shall I kill you with fire, but you have absolutely and categorically no business being on here.

And you are not owed a 'right to reply' in anyway.

That is all.

Guest Nicholas
Yeah I will connect those 2 hoses back tonight.cheers.

Hmmmm the VSV's could have been switched to make the turbos come online at the same time rather than one then the other, you could have a damaged turbo. If you live in Enfield, nip down to Paul Whiffin in Enfield!!!!! you shouldn't keep driving the car while its playing up, you'll only do more damage!

Exactly this, stop "hooning" it around or trying to race Ford Focus's, get it to garage or look at the problem yourself using the guides on here. As Nicholas has mentioned you will make it much worse by just flooring it around hoping it will fix itself, it will not. Seeing as the chap is in Ilford you could have easily gone on the A13 to have a quick pull away to join the carriageway to 50mph and be able to see both turbo's engage.

Good man, no worries. I just didn't want to see a thread saying "still no power but now smoking coming out of the exhaust as soon as I come on boost" :D

I think you are mad fripon, if you live in Enfield, Paul (whifbitz) is only at Crews Hill and though it has been said that he is expensive the guys there know their stuff and as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" ! Give him a call or message him on here no offence to the guys on here trying to advise you but for a new owner who doesn't know much about the car playing about with things might do more damage than good...... Paul also sells BPU packages well worth you having a look on the website ....... Good Luck pal

,

hehehe.well i would, but i like learning too, enjoy mechanic as a novice.learning quickly thanks to you guys.:)..today i had time to plug everything as it should.wow those hoses has seen better days, will need to renew all.also i have done what you call TTC,apparently you can check if the sequential system is working.oh dear, this thing fly in TTC MODE,didn't expect that at all,so both turbo actually are working.but low down torque isn't great.i think the previous owner was trying TTC,but bypassing the wrong vsv.now car back in sequential mode, changed few hoses, those on the pressure tank,as after running the car i could hear a noise, like a leak coming from one of the hose.so that the way supra auto tt goes i suspect.[very strong low down, then loose a bit at high rev]and yes i will visit Paul, his just down the road, maybe w.end.as am thinking to go BPU,i think the supra need a bit more power, specially at high rpm.

thank all.
