Guest Deriick
Hey, my names Luke, I'm 21 from Boston in Lincolnshire. I'm the lead guitarist of 'Audio Tap' currently recording our first album! (Go to http://www.audiotap.co.uk for those who love music) I currently drive a MR2 turbo with 257bhp to the wheels and 260ft/lb BUT will be looking around for a Supra single turbo soon enough, its my dream car and to be able to own my dream car at 21 is just mind blowing! Hoping to blend in with you lot I know quite a lot about the 3SGTE engine in the MR2 turbo but know very little about the 2JZGTE, just want to arm myself with a bit of Supra savyness when I go out and buy one, ideally I want to get a supra that already has had the engine work done to it with a power range of 450bhp to 500bhp with a tasty torque figure to match but more importantly I need to test drive an automatic, seems to be the best choice for me. Cheers all! Edited November 1, 2012 by Deriick (see edit history)

johnny g
Welcome - there's a couple of members in the area. You'd be looking at a power that's just out of the BPU area with 450-500bhp. You'd be best looking for car that's BPU+ with Syvecs or something and pushing the 430-440bhp mark. They're a great car then

I'd get them all to sit in. The back seats are only really suitable for kids and Douglas Bader!

Guigsy
I used to take 2 people to work in mine every day. Not comfortable at all! Did have 2 girls in the back once for a mile or so. Couldn't get seatbelts on. Had to sit cross legged. In the back. My driving position was near impossible but I'm 6'
Chris Bailey
I managed to sit in the rear seats of the supra for a longish journey and im 6ft
DaveR
Hello! Good luck with the hunt for your ideal car. I'd bin the idea of it being a practical choice though - that's what people carriers and taxis are for...
