garethr
Cobra has to have a supercharged V8...True. Some things are just wrong, and a Cobra with anything but a V8 is one of those things. One of these would be OK,though... http://www.sebringinternational.co.uk/images/tmx/tmx01.jpg

Chris Wilson
There are quite a few Volvo rear wheel drive cars in Scandinavia with 2JZ-GTE power. They fit well in earlier shells.

The one on Youtube that races an M5 is particularly nice. I want a 2JZ Hilux, purely and simply for the laugh factor

Would be awesome sure you could do it without selling your baby, just find an RX with a blown motor, should think that should be easy then a cheap TT from here. Let the fun begin. safcdixon
The cost of doing a rex jz it quite high, you cant just buy a tt and swap it in theres subframe work the wiring is a nightmere and getting a hotside setup that fits is supposed to be a pain, i checked this out big time as this was my plan when the engine went pop in my rex, they reckon the handling is compromised too because of the extra weight It would be very cool though, especially with a big single under the bonnet
