not really. There were no hotels in town centres that could take 50+ cars in their car park. So we are out in the sticks a bit. You could probably get a taxi in to Rouen with Burna, just dont expect to remember large parts of the night or be able to get up for the 10am departure in the morning.

 

About a 20 minute taxi ride to Rouen town centre.

I see the pool on the satellite view, but it is not on their ameneties list, so you may find the pool has gone.

 

The hotel said they couldnt do the buffet thing, I did explain they will lose a lot of business as none of us will order off their main menu. They wouldnt do cheaper food either. Its the posh stuff or nothing. But there are 3 restaurants right next door and a few more down the road so we should all be sorted.

 

I will track down a supermarket now.
