Branners
Anyone got a link to a list of satnavs that will support the itinerary files? I would need Scott to comment on the Garmins but I think they all take itinerary files. The more recent TomTom units probably wont take the files. Best thing to do is go through the menus and see if itinerary planning is an available option. If it isnt then I dont know the best way to get the route in. We can give you start and end points but I dont know how to force a route on the new TomTom units. I have them on my Facebook so I will go and ask that question and see what comes back. DodgyRog
Fairly sure this is the one we all bought last year http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_839819_langId_-1_categoryId_165685
Branners
thats a great price for that unit. It's the one I use at all the events as it has the biggest screen I could find and is quick to recalc routes. And most importantly it takes the itinerary files. I have asked TomTom which devices will and wont take the files.

That would be a Le Mans trip not a dragonball... It would also involve very little 'fun' as the police are a nightmare.
Jamesy
This is what is on the RAC site http://www.rac.co.uk/travel/driving-abroad/countries/france/ Found this - set B seems to have everything you need and @ £14 seems good value?? no?? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FRENCH-BREATHALYSER-KITS-FOR-DRIVING-IN-FRANCE-FRENCH-APPROVED-LEGAL-TRAVEL-KIT-/180931858880?pt=UK_TravelTickets_Accessories_RL&var=&hash=item2a206111c0

Great Idea but it would be a nightmare to get 50+ supras into a Hotel at that time and would cost a small fortune if you did, Cheers -Ian-

Sorry to hi jack the thread! If enough people are interested I can organise a trip to Le Mans for 2014. Just bear in mind it is in mid June and there is always quite a bit going on. From past experience it would be about £400.00 for camping, crossing and entry for the weekend for a car and 2. Add more per car and it becomes cheaper. I will arrange if I get enough interest. Pm if that is the case! Edited April 29, 2013 by Steve Paine Can't spell and grammar is sh*te (see edit history)

Branners
So here is a list of TomTom satnavs that WILL NOT take the itn route files as they dont do itinerary planning GO 1000 series, GO LIVE 800 series, Via series, Start 20 series, Start 60 There is no simple work around on these. you will need to check the routes and program in a load of 'go via' options to make it follow the route. I will release the routes at the end of this weekend.
Mike2JZ
Just a quick update regarding the GoPro's. Went back through the thread and the following were interested: Abz Wile e coyote (brother)? Tyson Scott C wewsupra Budz86 Pig At the moment it looks like we will have the following at our disposal: 2 - GoPro Hero 2 2 or 3 - Gopro Hero 3 Black Edition Each GoPro will come with a suction mount/spare batteries/in-car charger/loads of memory. I will also have an external microphone that can be mounted above exhausts etc that I will be passing around as well if anyone feels like they can get some good results from it Whilst nothing is set in stone, and if people decide whilst we are on the trip that they fancy using a GoPro I'm sure it can be sorted, but for the moment I will just ask again if anyone would be interested in using a GoPro and I can add you to the list! This is the last time I will ask, as I need some sort of "final" numbers of those interested in order to get everything organized for the trip. Will have some sort of rota and "newbies guide to gopro's" sorted closer to the trip as well looking forward to this! not long now Cheers Edited May 1, 2013 by Mike2JZ (see edit history)

Littler
Will point out as Ellis has just reminded me about the walkie talkies I can't find 2 of mine so based on the thread and the order of people asking for the 2 I have left, one will go to me and the other to Jamesy, apologies to those I said could use them but I haven't got a clue where they have gone lol.
