supra steveo Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 right guys for those of you that dont know i am hoping to do a conversion on my aerotop so it will be a twin turbo, 6 speed , its already been converted to an N/A 5 speed so the sub tunnel is already modded , thing is ive never took the engine out the supra before so i am kind of bricking it i should be back with the can in about 6 weeks so can start picking stuff up then few things i need to know what goes inbetween the engine and gearbox clutch wise ? ive found a oem clutch but need a flywheel if ive never done this before am i biting off more than i can handle and should i just look for somewhere to fit the kit ive bought ? Jos Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 I think you'll need a dual mass flywheel,longer flywheel bolts, maybe the release bearing and rings if they didn't come with the box, and a propshaft. Cheers for the offer mate but I might be doing this down the country in Suffolk I think you'll need a dual mass flywheel,longer flywheel bolts, maybe the release bearing and rings if they didn't come with the box, and a propshaft.
