downimpact
Video of trackday at Rockingham speedway early Sept. First time trying out the gopro hero 2, which seems a great bit of kit and means you can watch the clips in HD which looks great. This is probably my favourite video as good mix of different cars on track, though a tad long at 7 mins. The radical is phenominal! Jap classic - Supra vs 300zx more dueling with Brothers VX220tt letting Vx220 go first this time.... Another longer video, caterham really getting in the way

downimpact
Yeah like the cambered corner. infield is a bit twisty at first for the heavy supra, so going to strip some weight out next.

Mate that track looks so sweet and well suited to a bit of fun I'm not even going to show you twisty! Is there a "gentleman's agreement" on what is deemed a safe speed to attack the banking at? I notice no one seems to go completely gung-ho at it.
johnny g
Brilliant video. That Radical shifts. The Supra seems to go rather nicely there

Ive taken it at 130 with slicks on and tbh i wouldnt want to go much faster, my bro has taken it flat but he is a crazy b$$$$$D.

I was trying to find the best way to describe it, but after the long straight from the 180 degree through to the after piff paff, the short straights and the weight of the Supra counts against it as all the little light weight cars get away, while trying to get the barge round the corners. Ive taken it at 130 with slicks on and tbh i wouldnt want to go much faster, my bro has taken it flat but he is a crazy b$$$$$D. 130! fair play, I was doing an indicated 110 which was about 100 on semi's and that felt pretty loose, most of the other cars were going slower again.
