Help, sudden Ticking in Injectors

I installed my hks fcd previously the wrong way and it was still fuel cutting. So today, I re-wired it correctly, and when I fired up the engine, there was this sudden loud ticking from he injectors.

The car was also running badly, and couldn't get on boost.

Please help, don't know why it will do that. I have tried to reset the ECU to no avail.
