Of course you can drive it to meets etc(would be a mess if you could not ^^) but a very good street car is much more than getting to a meet Also most of the time i either see him drifting or drag racing or pulling on the highway Same goes for the track, it's a whole other way of setting the car up and you won't be able to achieve that big change without swapping the suspension(at least at the rear).
