Steering Vibration

Hi guys, I have had my Supra a few months now and noticed that when going over speed humps/pot holes I get feedback/vibration through the steering wheel.

Also the steering seems really light compared to my previous car (RX8).

If going over the same pot holes/speed humps in my RX8 there is little or no vibration felt through the steering wheel. So not sure if its just because my RX8 is a much newer car and the steering is a lot heavier or there is a problem with my Supra.

Does anyone else get noticeable feedback/vibration through their steering wheel?

Cheers

I'd check the basics first, tyre pressures, tyre balance and wheel bearings.

If it still doesn't feel right then I'd get it on a ramp, get all the suspension and subframe bolts checked/torqued up and all the suspension/steering components checked for wear.

Wasn't sure if I am being over critical and it was normal to get some vibration.

I am due to take it to Chris Wilson for BPU upgrades, so may well get him to take a look while it is there.

However it does have an MOT due first so possibly the MOT might pick something up.

Cheers
