np89
Hey guys, have read the spark plug guide and I have picked up that BKR7EIX is the plug to use for BPU on a J Spec, which I know are a good plug as I used to run them in my 200, however, something in the back of my mind says using iridium plugs has the downside of retaining heat and raising the chance of det (cant remember where I heard this), is this nonsense or are the copper plugs a better plug to use for this reason, allbeit with a closer change interval? Thanks Niall

Dnk
I've never had a problem with them, just don't pay silly money for them. Search ebay, amazon or look on http://www.sparkplugs.co.uk approx £6 each
Tricky-Ricky
Apart from Iridium plugs being slightly more fragile under det conditions, the only difference is the service life. Oh! and the fact that they are more than quadruple the price of copper.
