Guest unclefester666
Hi guys /girls please Can someone verify to me that my 1999 supra has no chips in the key? I have taken the key to a couple of different. Locksmiths and they are not reading anything from the key, I had a spare cut but am worried that I might mess something up if I try it, any thoughts on this matter would be appreciated. Guigsy
not sure on a facelift but my pre facelift doesnt. they do have centra locking on the key. but most alarms over ride that. i needed a new key for my pre facelift. and i asked toyota while i was in getting other bits. it was like 150 quid for the key and then another 80 or so to be programmed... apparently. I went to the local key cutter and he asked if it had a chip. i just said no as the only key i had anyway was a standard key with no buttons etc. The first one he cut didnt work (couldnt turn it). so did another which was fine. Worked fine since
