antno
Are the coolant pipes that go to the idle vale to heat the air whilst the engine is warming up or is there a temperature variable biomatalic spring? If it is just to preheat the intake air where does the valve get its temperature related voltage feed. Is it from the temp sensor in the water neck via ecu? Car is a 96jspec tt 6 Cheers
mwilkinson
Nothing special about it. Just heats the casing up. Many single guys just block them off and the one that goes around the throttle body. Only really required for cold environments.
