Westy
Parts are starting to pile up for this car now. Need to get it them all fitted once it's off it's SORN. Brand new TRD engine mounts and Brand New Prefacelift engine mount brackets arrived today courtesy of Ian. Should be a nice improvement over the facelift jobbies! Luxluc
Nice mate. Any big plans under the bonnet?
Westy
Nothing major like a build mate. It'll be getting a full service inc changing the belts. New battery (this winter has gubbed the current one) New TRD engine mounts and Prefaclift brackets New billet cambelt tensioner New PHR pulleys full set New Line Lock Kit New Braided brake lines New Coilovers (KWv3 if I can sort some top mounts) Top Secret Side Skirts (Picking up after DragonBall) MVP front lip with ears TRD steering wheel (black with red stitching) Full Interior retrim in black leather and red stitching
Luxluc
Nice plan. Do you plan to use the OEM top mounts with the KW v3? I plan to redo the leather interior too in the near futur ... wear from those 18 years starts to be too much for my taste. What costs can I expect for the seats front and rear (you can pm if you want). Cheers Luc
Westy
The trim includes: OEM Recaros Rear bench Arm rests Handbrake cover Gearstick gaitor Black leather/red stitching but with a custom stitch pattern. £1600 all in
Westy
OEM mounts or the ones from Marks engineering mate. OEM are stupid price new though and ME aren't shipping to the EU! Hence my dilemma
Luxluc
Roger that. A fair price for the retrim. Thanks.

Westy
Thanks mate. There's no need to go OTT. Like many on here I'm sure, the OEM look is the reason I always wanted a Supra.

Westy
Car blew through it's MOT this morning with no advisories once again. Been buying parts non stop, but not going to have a chance to fit until after DB. BBS RGRs will be refurbed and new Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres fitted all round. Also replaced the VVTi radiator hose support hook today as the old one was broken. CLAMP Part # 90949-01B30 £7.
