black_widow87
Where abouts on the pipe is it leaking? Any pics?
J_Supra_07
lol at the n/a t remark. Yeh it got a gasket mate. not leaking there. the Garage Whifbitz return pipe kit comes with a ali pipe that bolts to the turbo then the return pipe tightens to that. Iv had it off 4 times trying to get the thing to stop but still leaks. Ill whip it off again this weekend and coat the thread in gasket seal then try that is it dont work ill weld the joint i think. J_Supra_07
Where abouts on the pipe is it leaking? Any pics? its seeping out at the joint for the ali pipe and the braided hose. and trust me it wont do up any tighter without snaping the ali. they are spos to salf seal these fittings but leaked so iv tryed PT tape, blue seal, and lock tight all dont seem to have stoped it so iam going to try high temp gasket seal next. if that falls iam tempted to weld the joints up. Its not a huge leak but it so annoying as id like to keep the under side of my car clean. I toped it up 3 weeks ago and it still showing full on the stick thats how small a leak it is. but i want it fixed. You know me i hate it if its not right. J_Supra_07
Well all sorted now. Did fair bit this morn Sealed the return pipe up again, fingers crossed be the last time I take it off. Found a small water leak so sorted that. Adjusted the clutch pedal hight, never been right since I fitted the new master cylinder. Changed all my coil pack connectors. And started wire tucking some bits. :-) Feel good now. Iam happy there no little things that need doing any more.
