pedrosixfour
I'd say its an EMUSA Automotive unit. No idea of the quality but I think their cast manifolds are considered good value. HTH

bigbloodyturbo
thank you pedrosixfour ! i will make a photo to the manifolds, looks like are forged. It's an emusa turbo sold with their cast manifold as a kit. Mine will be mapped on a syvecs and 800's when I get back home, in my opinion it's quite good kit for getting started. Nice plain journal bearing turbo and it comes on boost at 3300rpm
welshbuddy
He probably ain't spent 1000's upon 1000's to make it look pretty. Rather a fun car. Then a show car!

I thought is a unknown turbo brand, the full boost comes near 4000rpm and it kick quite suddenly ! I didn´t make a dyno test, but the guys from TDI told that is easly up to 400 hp Cheers ! It's braced though so prob fine. Maybe also explains why I spool a bit faster as mine is cast. Is that your oil feed line going down between your manifold runners? bigbloodyturbo
I thought it was, I put mine round the outside (down the suspension turret side) and then to the front oil feed on the block. I don't know what the generaly accepted way for doing it is, just looks very close to your runners which can glow red when your on it. I've only done it the once so I dont know. I don´t know why the tunners who made the conversion one year and a half ago put it from there... it does not look ideal for mee too... it was driven 1000 miles from how i know, maybe more... i cannot change that my self.
