TRD Strut Brace Poll

I have had my TRD Strut Brace powder coated. Before doing so I sanded it and removed the TRD emblem. Problem is, to get the emblem off I had to pry it off a little at a time. I don't know that after using adhesive to get it back on after powder coating it that it will look very smooth. Should I reuse it, buy a one off (can't find one that is an exact match), or delete it altogether?

Meh, no responses so I just superglued it back on.

Should have left it on and masked it.

Their easily removed with a bodyshop plastic filler spreader and no need to bend them, then

a couple of dabs of sealer to re attach it and job done.

 

200 C oven would have mullered the glue so masking isn't really viable

Didnt leave it on as the reason for powder coating was the rust setting in on the areas that the paint was missing. I have no idea what a bodyshop plastic filler spreader is but guess I'll know for next time. Came out pretty good regardless.
