sideexitsupra
Not sure on how much, but you need to check the bearing flange too. These are very expensive, about £200 if I remember correctly. I recently had a rear bearing go on the way to Suprapod :-( , and I got a complete hub assembly from Keron. Far cheaper, but I guess I don't know how long it will last. Guest aspire
i looked into having this done also, i was quoted £240 inclusive to replace both rear bearings, that is on the basis i supplied parts, but i am very concerned with how fragile the hubs are when trying to press the old bearings out, or that is what i have been told to the OP, have you tried nipping yours up? The hubs are not that fragile, I pressed the bearings out with a 10 ton press, no problem. Getting the hubs of the car is the hardest part. Digsy
I went the 2nd hand hub route and gave it to a local garage to do after wasting an entire Easter weekend trying to get the upright off myself. I think I got charged a coupld of hundred pounds for labour, and the garage told me that the job broke their hydraulic ball joint splitter.
