Stand alone ECU owners, do you use the software program after the car has been tuned

I would like to know how important it is to have access to the software of your stand alone ECU after it has been tuned?

 

If so why do you feel its important to have access to the software?

 

How often do use the software for what ever reason?

I use the Syvecs for pulling logs, never fiddle with what I don't understand!

I use the software to see what the tuner has done as they don't always do what you ask them to do the first time. Also great for data logging as mentioned.

I'v used its a couple of times but under the instruction of Ryan over the phone. Its pretty clever stuff..
