Afternoon all, the build is now coming to its near end with final updates in these last few weeks until it's ready for running.

Here we have a custom built power steering tank by SRD -

Then here we have yet another custom coolant over flow tank that will sit below the intercooler covet panel. Lee has installed some new horns too that sit below the cover panel all custom mounted -

Next we have the Igniter pack that is custom mounted to the inner chassis leg for a discrete look completely hidden from the bay -

Now we have the 3" intercooler piping all mirror polished, v band fastened to the turbo and the rest joined with black silicone pipe. We also have a race port Turbosmart dump valve fitted that will vent through the bumper duct -

Looks cracking mate the only thing I would change is the v band on the intercooler pipe to turbo, as the engine is going to move alot once that puppy comes on boost,

And the pipe been totally ridged has no way to take the play up once it starts rocking,

So can see it splitting afte a while,

It will move on the silicone joiner on the intercooler Matt

All GT42 style turbos come with a v band on the compressor outlet, it's nothing new

As Lee said the movement will be taken up by the silicone joiner on the intercooler, not that it will move that much with the TRD engine mounts.

Looking amazing :D

Thanks Phil :)

Real nice bit of kit that.

Thanks James :)

Looking good Kaan and some outstanding work being done

Stunning build but just to be pedantic and spend more cash i'd machine the power steering res and coolant tank

from some nice billets of Aluminium alloy, would go nice with the rest of the build :)

Thanks Dunk, it was an idea to have them mirror polished but the black kind of hides it almost and makes the engine stand out more. It's worth considering for the future though :)

Thank you :) Would be nice to get our cars in a little photo shoot together at some point I think they both would make cracking pictures!
