listy
Will be great in that colour dude Still going for carbon bits? Carbon wrapped diffuser on the trial will look mint with that colour.
Rob_Mitchell
Nice colour but you better make sure your panel work is 110%, especially when it comes to filler work for those arches, That grey will show EVERY imperfection

I thought it would be easier to hide slight imperfections. Its a good job im a perfectionist
Rob_Mitchell
No only white is good for that. Its will show up mate but obviously not as much as black would. Just get it right and take your time

Rob_Mitchell
So the satin grey will still be easier to get right than a gloss black? Yeah big time! black is off the scale when it comes to getting it right. Imo gloss grey is more classy than the satin but the satin will look different and will be interesting to see on a supra. Never painted satin on a large scale at our workplace, so aftercare i cant advise you on! not sure its as simple to clean as a gloss finish

Cheers mate I am planning on having a few carbon bits but unsure on having the diffuser in carbon or just satin black.
Kaan W
Thought I would just post some pics of this weeks progress. Spent hours and hours getting these arches just right as they are extra wide veilside overfenders and didnt want them to look tacky, I have gone for a heavy blend on them bridged with fibreglass then skimmed with filler and being an absalute perfectionist has made this job extra time consuming but I have to say, I am quite pleased with the outcome. I got a bit impatient and had to see what they looked like with the wheels standing underneith so heres some teaser pics Edited March 12, 2013 by Kaan W (see edit history)

Parry_10
have you got a car cover mate? I might be wrong but im sure the filler will absorb water (i.e rain water) and you dont want that too happen- just a heads up
