supra matt
You could plate it and pop rivet it with a bead of Tiger seal between the two as a sealer and bond, , nothing else will really be strong enough as the two skins flex now,

I could try the pop rivet method but I won't be able to rivet the outer skin as the over fender is bonded on and in the way. Also if I weld it the outer skin will get too hot and warp the fibreglass bonding the over fender on.
supra matt
You can weld it by just tack welding it along the seams mate this will keep the heat right down you could leap frog cornor to cornor , And it will feel soiled to the touch, but once out on the road you will be surprised how much the whole car twist and flexes, Edited July 22, 2015 by supra matt (see edit history)

I haven't no but I'll give that a go tomorrow it looks like there is a lot more room now. It should make a massive difference. Use zip ties Great results though commented on facefail looked savage on the dyno and to think theirs so much more from the motor it self Thanks bud, the turbo is maxed out at 906rwhp which is a VERY good output especially at only 1.8 bar. I'd cry if he done that lol. All the drifters do it
T2 MSW
All the drifters do it Have you seen the sheds some of the drifters drive If you use Zip ties anywhere on this car any member of this forum will take your keys from you lol. Luxluc
I just realized something Kaan. You maxed out your turbo at 906 rhhp. As your turbo is rated 990 bhp, that's 10% loss. Mine was maxed out at 840 rhhp. My turbo is rated 930 bhp, which is also 10%. So the SRD treatment is spot on
