Hi Gents,

Does the F-Con not control boost rather than having a boost controller

I think the latest version does, but the 3.2 needs the EVC to be hooked up to control boost..

This is the set up that Carl 'ScoobySlayer' had on his 900bhp beast that is breaking...!

At last ! A new project thread and not a breaking one. Good luck with the project mate. Love the number plate lol

A lot of the guys here slate it, supra has nothing to do with V6... but hey its a really fun plate and people here in Portugal where they dont have personalised registration plates get a good laugh out of it...!

fuel pump- bosch 044!

:yeahthat:

Will I need to run a fuel line to the fuel rail or can I just use the OEM fuel line?

Will I need an after market fuel filter?

If I need to run a fuel line what AN do you recommend?

Is it possible to perform a compression test if I have a very small head gasket leak?

Edit: Watched this and it reminded how the fuel system works

What power you want? im sure 500-550bhp can support stock fuel lines, FPR, and rail. You will need bigger injectors, new oem fuel filter, whifbitz fuel pulsation removal line ( i think its called that!) obviously fuel pump.

This is what I have so far {HKS 1000cc injectors, twin entry rail, adjustable fpr and braided return hose to connect to stock return line}

My power goals are 650ish BHP.

^^^^ Agreed, btw nice supra ;).

Obrigado, its a working progress...! :)

Can you give the contact of whom ever made your dash board and door cards please?

Id go for a bigger IC. Once you get the power bug all you will want to do is go faster.

Why are you replacing the stock oil and water pump, i didnt bother and had no problems.

I planned to replace the stock oil and water pump because I thought it was good practice....!

Will one bosch 044 pump suffice? I will be using 1000cc injectors...

Changing the oil pump is a lot of work .. front axle needs to come off.

Regarding the fuel pump, I would go for the new Walbro 400 lph, or even the 450 lph. So, you'll be on the safe side in case you want to raise the power.

Maybe it will be a better idea to keep it till further down the line when I build the block then.

Lux, I see you are running 767bhp, do you have a built engine? I've read that 700bhp is the number where it is very wise to have a built engine..!

Doesn't exist anymore, but you would find more people to do that, if you need some photos I can send to you.

People in the states run 8/900hp through the stock block.
