Wow! This made for a super interesting read! I have been to the address where the picture of 'Paul' is taken! In-fact I rode at an event at the BMX shop just past your premises! and got a decent Subway from just up the road! I will say that the dude has ALOT of cars there! The 'showroom' how ever was not a show room - more of an empty space at the ttime with some work going on. You had a pretty sweet white dodge charger if I remember correctly!

As for rthe PDQ and rolling the car - I have no say!

Ok thanks for that matey, yes thats us ;)

So everyone has found us finally ;)

Yeah the place is still getting done up matey, hopefully will have photos of the 'NEW' Showroom up soon.

Next time pop in ill take you for a blast in the Charger, promise to leave the parsnip in the boot ;)

It's a good effort I will give you that Paul. What about the this one though.

Are you related to the great James Brown?

There are still a number of questions about the quality of your cars and sales tactics. I for one appreciate that there are always to sides to any argument.

Lol mate i wish :)

Like i said buddy i will answer everything in steps.

Where getting there ;)

How about that receipt? Bought from you but said bargain cars on it?

And all those that have never met you just some asian guys wearing tracksuits? That seems very unprofessional?

Excuse you from what, all you've done is post a few pictures and answer un-asked questions?

Forum is to share knowledge, you've not shared much more than photos. Avoiding questions is just going to ruin any positive comments.

Let the guy make a living.

He'll be back, the number of times Paul Brown Cars has been mentioned in this thread means it will be at the top of Google search.

To be fair, even if that S15 is accident damaged, he may not have known about it.

Well tell you one thing, at least Paul Brown has been polite in all his replies!! Lets keep the thread clean chaps.

Paul - The yellow S15, are you aware of it being rolled? I can't see the pictures clearly on my phone but I can see some seam damage & also yellow paint on the rubber which would indicate respray has been done.

I think the other questions members have is regarding the relationship to Boyz Toyz, Trade Cars & Bargain Cars. From what I understand you previously denied this?

I thought this thread was here to stop dodgy dealers? Don't we want to stop these people (of course if they really are scammers/guilty) from making a living?

Well if you as a car dealer cant spot a seriously damaged car from the looks dont you think one should switch working branch? not trying to be a smart ass but if a butcher cant tell the diffrence between pork and beef they dont belong in that branch either! :) all i see is what others already said he keeps avoiding the real questions!

Did we get a response for this as well yet?

i,ve dealt with these charlatans and can honestly say from the very beginning it was all very amateur, arranged a part xchange the car was delivered to me,was no where near in perfect condition as described in the ad,,,

it was advertised as a 95 it was a 93 ,,78k miles it had done 83k..no interior mats,no valet,no service history records,no spare keys, flat battery, fog lights dont work,radio/cd player dont work,,no receipt for proof of purchase the list goes on.....believe it or not i overlooked all this ...2 months later the engine started knocking,,the car was advertised with 12 months warranty so i rang to see if we could come to some arrangement,,the guy(not paul brown)was rude.,confrontational said it didnt have any warranty because i,d part xchanged and not paid cash,,,i checked the website and it doesn,t state this anywhere...

after a few heated words he basically didn,t care he,d sold a car that was knackered after 2 months and was not prepared to try and rectify the problem in any way..said it was my fault i had no receipt of purchase and refused to give me one now and said i should have chased up a warranty pack????

at the end of the day i,m left with a car worth no more than 3k that needs 2k spending on it,,,,with no help from them...

to go back to recent posts on here i truly believe paul brown does not exist,,its a bunch of people hiding behind the name,,there is no showroom.,,and the warranty and aftercare is all lies as i have experienced,,,,

i,m just in talks with citizens advice/trading standards to see if they can shed a little light on what i,m entitled to,,my experience from start to finish was awful,,i would never recommend nor will i ever deal with these people again,,,

saddest thing about this whole story is i had a red uk tt 6 speed manual(rare as hens teeth i know)which needed a new big end,,i just couldn,t afford to have it fixed so when i was offered the part ex with my car it seamt like the only option i had,,

after i,d complained they told me the uk car i,d provided was a virtual write off and they sold for(check this out) SCRAP VALUE,,,hahaha,,

and just so happens thar 5 weeks to the day of the deal a red uk tt 6 spd manual pops up on their website for £14,9995,,,,uhm,,,wonder who,s car that is then....surely its not my scrap value heap of junk....i,ll leave it for you to decide,,,,

IIRC from reading the Lancer Register thread, the car was purchased by "the dealer" as a damaged car, then put up for sale not too long after as an undamaged car.

Just what I got from what was said on MLR.

Ok here my side of the Yellow Silvia.

The car arrived to us in P/X the chap bought a Skyline of us.

We hpi'd the car....CLEAR

We tested the car...FINE

Checked all bodylines and edges...LOOKS PERFECT.

EVEN IF WE HAD RIPPED IT APART AS IN THE PHOTOS THERE WAS NO APPARENT SIGNS OF DAMAGE.

The guy looked a fairly decent chap and spent lots and lots of money on the car. Seemed like a very clean and cherished example and i will say i still believe that.

In fact even now standing next to this

image

it looks worlds apart on quality (and i dont mean roof from body apart) :)

so we took the car in and advertised it.

Its then we had emails alerting us to this thread

http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?528016-A-caution-about-a-yellow-S15-Spec-R&highlight=paul+brown+cars

as quoted in thread the only way you can say that this car has been roll damaged is presuming it went back to Nissan for a new roof.

So i can honestly call cods wallop on the Silvia
