hard to explain but yes seems to be hard work for turbos to spool, and it just feels like its struggling.the other thing is that if i floor it in 2nd it wont make a bar but then 1.2 in 3 4 5 6. but still feeling like its struggling. Thanks for that il try blowing down the pipes

thanks for responses,i think it makes boost ok,but i dont know anybody with one to compare it too.but other people talk about spinning wheels in 2nd yet mine wont and after building boost its almost asif that boost isnt then getting to the rear wheels if you know what i mean.but as i said floor it in 2nd and it only makes about .8 of a bar and falls off but then in 3rd makes 1.2 and holds it,but still seems like its hard work to spool up.have checked bov cant blow through pipes.

That sounds about right. 1st and second usually dont go above 1 bar. Maybe if held in 2nd, don't remember. If you pull 1.2 bar in higher gears, and you don't hear a very loud ch-ch-ch sound, then all is well with your BOV.

You shouldn't get wheel spin in 2nd unless its cold or you have crappy or very cold tyres.
