Big Mark
I replaced my speed converter this weekend with a new one from Thor but it is the new ones that they sell so is slightly different to the one on diagrams here. Wiring for new one is: RED = 12V (red on old unit) BLACK = 0V (black on old unit) GREY = KPH Input (green on old unit) BLUE = MPH Output (white on old unit) BROWN = Speed Delimited Output (yellow on old unit) As you can see there is no kph output on the new unit (tho there is a purple wire that Thor and the enclosed instructions don't mention anything about) So, how do i wire up my Blitz SBC-id Power Meter top recieve a kph signal as I believe this usually is connected to the pink wire, which i've done but the pink section of my loom is dead as there is no signal from the converter going to it anymore. Also, I assume this mean that the progressive power steering is not working either? I was thinking of just t-ing off of the kph input on the delimeter and connecting the pink wire to it as a solution. Will this work?
Big Mark
Anyone?? Can I just use the input signal from the speed sensor and splice off of it?
