Rob_Mitchell Posted August 1, 2012 Share Posted August 1, 2012 Thought i would start a fresh thread. Things are going great with the car and also going great with regards to shows. Banzai front cover feature is out on the 16th August, so make sure you pick up a copy. I have noticed a few little blisters appear in my bonnet and its where the turbo is located, obviously gets mega hot as you would expect. I have had a bit of a quiet day today, so i thought i might use the custom gold and black kevler sheeting i had made by nur motorsports to make a under sheild, cost me a fortune so the jigsaw was worrying me lol. I cut the shapes out and mocked the up on a old bonnet, this is work in progress and the panels need to be shaped a bit better, using some rubbing down paper. Just got the 2 large end pieces to do and its done, ill fit to my bonnet friday and get some nice pics. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
