Guigsy
That's a write off without question. Get it to a few bodyshops for an independant quote if you can. You might be able to find the cash to repair it and keep the car without it being catogorised. Thats what i did. But I doubt they can repair that sill... The rear quater pannel is a pita to repair too. Mine was just front end damage.
Havard
That's a gutter mate. Really feel for you. If it is a complete write off you can generally buy the wreck back for £50 or something to fix it up. I know it's not much of a constellation but it's better than nothing. Peter A what? Was he starry eyed? H.
Kirk
H Bad luck dude, been in a similar situation myself. At the end of the day its just a piece of metal that can be replaced, YOU'RE health and well being is much more important. Ian C
Fair play for not trying to blame diesel/ice on the road It's a shame but at least everyone is okay.
ripped_fear
Ouch! what a sorry sight, that has got to be a write off! looks a shame as in the pictures it looked lovely and in great condition too. But at the end of the day its a hunk of metal, the people inside are much more important, glad all involved where ok.

stevie_b
Unlucky. As Ian said, it's of little consolation to you but well done for not playing the Victim Card.
st3ven1
It's a real shame about the car, but as long as you are okay, that's all that matters. As has been said, well done for owning up and taking it on the chin. You were lucky, more often than not the following happens: A deer slips on the diesel on the road and falls into the path of an oncoming supra driving sensibly in the rain. straightsix
You could buy a V8 Supra with your insurance payout....
Colin-mkiv
I'll give you £2k for it when you buy it back off the insurance company.....you can then buy a replacement car with the money you end up with!
