RB-GTE
This Supra I got came with this exhaust. I knew the sound was similar so I search up videos of the HKS Ti on BPU cars on sounded about the same? This is the full exhaust (with stock cat), the car is pretty much stock as well. So is this some kind of HKS Ti replica? just trying to figure out what it could be... but it does sound good in person the supra you see in the background is bone stock with BLITZ Nur Spec, which seemed significantly quieter at idle or higher RPM. Here are pictures of it on the car: http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/7126/img20120727235508.jpg http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/7394/img20120727235513.jpg Edited July 28, 2012 by RB-GTE (see edit history)
supra joe
Might be a whifbitz, mine looks pretty much like that and I was told that's what it was.
listy
If its an HKS, it will have HKS stamped on it I would have thought
RB-GTE
This car arrived straight from Japan very recently, and from what it looks like this exhaust has been used sometime. So with all the options in Japan don't think it would be a whifbitz? there is no markings on the exhaust so I'll jus take it that's it is a HKS Ti replica? or copied from this design? listy
Hopefully someone with a genuine one will be along to confirm a way of telling for sure if it is a real one or not. From what I have seen, most modified cars imported from Japan have high end parts, so keep your hopes up, chances are, it may well be genuine
vertex
Hopefully someone with a genuine one will be along to confirm a way of telling for sure if it is a real one or not. Looks like a scania truck exhaust... but mounted sideways instead of pointing up
p3te
Pipework looks thin for a hks ti?
RB-GTE
Yeah I am certain its a copy because the piping doesn't look 4" to me. Maybe 3.5" at most.
JamieP
That's not a HKS Ti.

RB-GTE
That's not a HKS Ti. But it is the same or similar design? that's what I'm mostly trying to figure out.. if its based off something or just something random.

Yours looks 3", also HKS ti does not have a bolt together flange like that, Ti has a wrap around clamp, Ti is also Titanium and yours dont look to be, in other words, its nothing like it.
