drift_bear
Watching this with interest Alex, well done for trying something new Cheers mate, it was really lee's idea for wanting to try this since as far as he is aware it has never been done! Plus I thought it would be good to go down a different route that hasn't been explored
Scott
Sounds great, all the groundwork will be there should you want a small single too... so it won't cost a lot if you fancy a change. Look forward to the results

Luxluc
Wow. Hybrid TT6 on ethanol. That should bring some nice figures in combination with the Syvecs. Great project mate.

mellonman
nice choice would be good to see if the syvecs can actaully keep the sequencial turbos not just TTC

mellonman
That would all be down to Ryan's magic he can get more power out of it with TTC as its easier to get the map correct i believe? but still it would be nicer to have the most powerfull sequencial TT i think its the best street setup very responsive low down i hope you decide to keep it sequencail and not TTC like evryone else

mellonman
It's currently already running TTC mate lol i know but it would be nice to see what is the most you can actually get out the sequencial system , which has not really been done . i always hated the TTC laggy as hell my T67 spools quicker then them. best of luck with it and i will watch with eger eyes

TheTurtleshead
TTC on a syvecs means you eliminate the flat spots and stop the boost from coming in so late… it will spool much better than a T67. Syvecs BPU is a weapon of a car. Don't go sequential… I hate it on my current car… much preferred TTC!

Guest Budz86
I make full boost before 3.5k rpm when I plant the loud peddle, and it doesn't even come in until after 2k. Plus, the way Ryan has mapped it the boost pretty much stays to the red line. As James says, BPU TTC Syvecs is a weapon! Looking forward to seeing whatever you do with this Alex, seq. would be good, but personally I'd go TTC and let Ryan do his thing with the mapping....you won't be disappointed! You decided on the clutch yet? I'd go to uprated, not stock. The ethanol is going to hike the torque and I doubt a stock plate would hold it. Might be worth talking to CW about his uprated ones though.

I really like the TTC mode I'm running just now, just feels like a small single already, so I'm looking forward to the results from this mate
Guest Budz86
Well I'm going to hazard a guess at 470! To be fair, if the box comes with a clutch you might as well use that to start with and see what happens. Does Lee think you'll have to do any of the engine internals? Are you going with new fuel lines and rail on account of the ethanol?
Guest Budz86
Just looked back and realised you are doing new lines and rail! I'll wake up soon! Lol

After running sequential in my last supra and TTC in this one, its actually a really hard decision to make! I'm probably going to still with TTC now after some thinking, but will speak to lee and see what he says
