drift_bear
After speaking to Lee over the last few days, we have both agreed that the car will be getting dropped off to SRD as soon as we return from dragonball 15! I have also managed to source another engine (thanks michael) so i can send it down to SRD and let them work on that untill its time to get the car down, plus it means i can still use the car untill then and till do dragonball cause im not missing that again! I should hopefully be updating this more in the up coming weeks with parts that i buy and etc, so least i can finally say that the build has started lol
fastby4
I then set about and broke the news to lee that he will be doing the build again at SRD at somepoint in the new year, so we set about and he has made me a list of what all i need to get still........ we then had another thought and have decided to go all out again and have chose to not only fit big twins, but to also go 3.4 STROKER! We are aware that there is a 3.5 big twins currently being built, there is still nobody else that has went down this route, so it will make it a rather special build and a complete animal! http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=191117&d=1410189749 **The parts list still to get SRD Stroker Block SRD Stage 5 Head SRD Stage 3 Cams Shimless Buckets Gasket Set Oil Pump H11 Stud Kit Fluidampr BTBTB Gates racing Belt HKS Cam Pulleys Fuel System Larger Asnu inj OS Giken Diff Fitting Kit ETS 5” Intercooler Custom Pipe work HKS Clutch Clutch fitting kit HKS Gaskets 4” Exhaust Sustem Misc parts and fluids Will hopefully get the car down to SRD at the start of next year and then get going on it! Since i have a holiday to Japan in November, i am going to try and save costs and pick up parts while i am across there! Hi made I have done the same HKS Big Twins and stroker engine:). Geo
why not disclose it though, we know builds aint cheap, but since your kinda the first to do a stroker it would be great if we could compare this to say a fully built single set up. I know everyone would be interested. For my build im disclosing all, every part i fit will have a price next to it, all the way through to Ryans Mapping to see what the actual price comes to. ??? Be interesting to say the least

Kaan W
More than £50k and less than £100k, they're not cheap once plans go big I agree it probably is a good idea in a way so it gives other members with simular plans a rough price to expect to pay. Lol, Single cheap build 15-20k Dream build 30-35k some underside bits, and decent quality parts. Ultimate dream build, best parts all complete including underside, all new car as Kaan said . You could buy a Gallardo or Audi R8 for 40k lol, but I still prefer the supra. Edited October 10, 2014 by jazz1 (see edit history)

Ultimate dream build, best parts all complete including underside, all new car as Kaan said . You could buy a Gallardo or Audi R8 for 40k lol, but I still prefer the supra. For example with what I spent on my car plus the price of the car its self I could of bought a Stock F430 but the difference is the Supra has twice the power..! I believe because you do up in stages and its fun seeing the upgrades it makes it easy to keep on going and spending a lot of money in it; But if you had to save up the total of the build and if you were staring at all that cash I think it would be difficult to go through a build like this and would be super tempting to drive out in a shiny red F430 and be done with it....! drift_bear
I understand that everyone wants to know the price for big power numbers, I was the same! All the parts are going to be new and I've budgeted £25K for this part of the build. That number is from lee aswell! I save myself money cause I've already got syvecs, a 6 speed box and other bits
