scorling
Just got my car back from Paul at Whifbitz, the car is now full BPU and drives like new. Usual standard of service from Paul of course. Just thought I would post up and a picture of my new boost controller; hold on, what's that? A brand new TRD steering wheel with red stitching? Wasn't on the car when I dropped it off, no idea where it came from but it feels fantastic and looks pretty good. Need to buy some silk gloves I think to keep it in good condition. Lbm
Is your Profec all set up to how you like it?
scorling
Is your Profec all set up to how you like it? My experience to date is trundling round the M25 at an average speed of 40mph (not km as Paul has fitted the Thor speed converter and delimiter). The last thing he said to me before I left was that under no circumstances was I to meddle with the controller settings. He has left me with the instruction manual though and I haven't got much on this weekend, hopefully there is a restore default setting option

scorling
Nice, my car goes to Paul in a few weeks, 420-600+ bhp, can't wait My Doctor tells me that when you reach my age it is a known fact that my bones will begin to crumble if my body is subjected to more than 400bhp, so Paul has very responsibly limited my car to that. In addition, my driving is getting so poor that there isn't a ditch big enough for me to end up in, gently does it.
Paul Whiffin
Thanks for the kind words there. You certainly have a rare steering wheel there Stephen, definately the best wheel you can get for sure. The car is coming along nicely now, suspension next I reckon and it's more or less done.
Westy
Nice wheel...no way I could have justified that price though.
R Black
I think most on here, who could afford a wheel like that would have one, me included, love it.
Gerry
Looking great !!! It's amazing what Paul can do with an old steering wheel and a bit of polish ;-) Enjoy... G
