Guest ttype
I started my swap (TT 2JZ motor with Jspec engine harness in a US spec 94 Supra). The car doesn't start when we keyed it over so I used the jumper wire in the diagnostic terminal to start the fuel pump and touched the blk starter wire on the + battery terminal to fire up the car. Runs smooth as silk, but gotta figure out what's needed in order for it to work with the key instead of hard wiring it. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. I followed this link fix the two different harness connectors http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?156635-NA-to-TT-conversion-problems&highlight=fuse
mellonman
i think you might have a fuel ecu problem its a small ecu thats in the boot of the car behind the light in the rear pannel,i would check your voltages there to see if the ecu is getting the correct voltage or not
Guest ttype
I have noticed that there is a blown 15 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood that is labeled, "tel". This fuse is constantly blowing out when a new one is inserted. Any ideas as to what this fuse supports? I don't know what, "tel" means.
