94 NA to twin turbo conversion/ need help with JSpec harness

Hi guys, I have a question for those with knowledge on this. I have a 94 US Spec NA Supra/ 5spd. I pulled out the NA motor and bought a JSpec TT engine, harness, ecu and 6spd tranny. Through my research I have done I see that aside from lengthening the Jspec harnes a foot and a half, the only other mod is the plugs going to the fuse box and hooking up EFI#2. Can someone please guide me in what exactly needs to be done to hook up the efi#2?

I realize there are 2 plugs that sit on the side of the fusebox. One clips in, and one doesn't. The one that doesn't has 5 wires and my NA body harness has 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My harness is already professionally extended and the motor, tranny and harness are already installed in the car. Just need help with the tail end of it.

Just to be clear. There is no efi#2 wiring that needs to be done in the fuse box then? When I got my motor, 6spd tranny and harness it came with a JDM fuse box. A pic below shows the JDM one on the left and our US Spec one that's in the car on the right. Do I need this other blk relay for efi#2 and 30amp fuse in my US Spec fusebox?

I need confirmation on this. Can you properly splice the 2 black/red wires in the upper fuse box connector on the JDM GTE harness and just use the one EFI relay #1 in the NA mk4 supra fusebox, please anyone??

Its an NA mk4 with a JDM supra auto GTE engine swap. This is the only thing i have not figured out yet on the wiring. Im finding conflicting information showing the second smaller gauge black/red wire as being for lambda sensor or for EFI #2. Can anyone confirm what the second black/red wire is? Is it for EFI #2 power in the JDM TT fuse box or is it for lambda/O2 power.???
