RECARO Sportster CS in Supra help ?

What I need to do when we buy a seat for ex. of an ford rs is possible put the seat into supra, what I need to do, thanks.

Its possible to put any seat into any car pretty much

 

Method 1:

supra mounting rails with seperate universal runners

 

you would need tho:

 

2 x supra specific mounting rails

2 x pair of runners

 

You will have to work out the best way to mount the runners to the bottom of the seat,

then work out the best way to mount the other side of the runners to the supra-specific rails.

 

Method 02:

Supra specific subframe eg bride

 

you would need:

 

2 x supra specific subframes

 

in this scenario you would just have to work out the best way of getting the seat bolt holes to line up with those in the top of the rails. The runners are usually part of the subframe.

 

Know thats a little sketchy but hopefully it gives the right picture. (If not sure someone may be along with a more in-deptch description of ways of doing it, maybe even with pictures!)

Bridge seat base are a little expensive ouch $229 X 2

 

Another question the CLIO SPORT R 27 recaro seats are the same size like audi rs5 for example ?

what is the plastic piece anyone know's ?

Any difference in uk to european seat's ?

yes, driver and passager side seat base are symetrical
