r2ck_p
Hi, my JSpec Supra TT came with the Toyota skirts on, however do I need to declare this as a modification or not because it's a Toyota extra? Cheers
johnny g
If it left the factory with them on, then it's not an extra. If they were put on by a third party, then they are an extra. If in doubt, declare.
r2ck_p
Thats the problem, when the car arrived in the UK in 2005 it had them on, so not sure if they come on from the showroom or added in Japan by the first owner. Can these skirts come fitted from Toyota when the car is purchased new, are they an optional extra? Cheers If it left the factory with them on, then it's not an extra. If they were put on by a third party, then they are an extra. If in doubt, declare.

stevie_b
A bit of a hijack, but that's the question that prevents me from upgrading from 16" stock wheels to 17" stock wheels: I assume I have to declare it every time I shop around for insurance, so I don't bother upgrading.
