The Raven
Car is almost done, how ever its overfueling like a total pig. £23 of fuel in 30 minutes on idle!!! There is Unbrunt fuel spitting out the zoorst. I think it may be the injectors are stuck open, or the ecu is shot? I had a fualt code on the ecu which i took out checked and put back in now the code is gone. Anyone got a set of stock inj and a tt auto ecu i can burrow to ty and find out the issue? tooquicktostop
I am no expert but you need to be careful letting it run for that long with that much over fuelling as you could damage the engine with bore wash
The Raven
I figured it was build up of fuel after i was trying to turn it over without connecting an earth. Needless to say it didnt burn off.

mwilkinson
Russ I definately have a Jspec TT fuel rail with 440 injectors and I think I have a spare auto ecu (I will need to double check) you can have mate. The rail also has the stock FPR too. Will let you know about the ECU tonight and will sort out postage for you tomorrow. David P
Check your dipstick to see if the level is up, you may find you have a litre or two of fuel in your oil.

mwilkinson
Russ I have also PM'd you. Or at least will after posting this. The good news - I have a j-spec TT fuel rail with 440 injectors and stock FPR which is your and will be sent in the next couple of days. The bad news - no sign of the TT auto ECU Sorry about the ECU. It's somewhere in the shed, but evidentally it's heard about you and has gone into hiding. Come on people help the lad out. Someone must have an auto TT ECU they want shot off?
