dr_jekyll Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 bit confused with rings again. i thaught the 2jzge and 2jzgte ring were different but all the sets im looking at say they the correct aplication for both? can anybody confirm they are the same ? little num Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 rehoned bores are totally within the toyota tolerance and takes vitually nothing out, boring the bores then you would need to change not only rings but pistons also.
