dandan
What oil are people running in their TRD diffs? I've seen people mention Motul Gear 300 LS 75-90, Motul Gear 75-140, Red Line GL5 75-90, and Royal Purple offerings as well. I'm leaning towards the MG 300 LS 75-90. Cheers Dan
Lee P
I would use the 75-140 as that is recommended by TRD for the RWD diffs. I always use the Millers CRX 75W140NT Racing Oil, I can supply this is needed.
dandan
OK thanks Lee - I'm glad I asked I'll go for the Millers as you recommend. Out of interest, what do you use/recommend for engine oil in any stock block single cars like mine? I'm running Silkolene/Fuchs Pro S 10w50. dandan
The CFS stuff or the Nanodrive NT?
Lee P
I use the CFS at the moment, the NT has just come out and I havnt tried it yet. Its quite expensive but surpossed to be very good. They do a 10w 50 in the NT as well.
dandan
Yeah I noticed the NT was a little pricey so I was hoping you'd say the CFS. Thanks for the quick answers mate
sdistc
Good thread, Dan. I've been using the Castrol 75-140, but mostly because I've got a leak at the seals, so will try Lee's suggestion on Monday when he sorts it out.

I've got a few measurements to check on mine (backlash and preload) and then I'll get mine fitted - probably next weekend. I've do have some questions about the install but will start a different thread.
