hazza
I seem to bee struggling with putting and removing the roof from the boot lol any techniques on how to it properly and not scuffing the paint lol :|
RobUK
Lift one side in first, so for example lift the left side of the roof in and rest it on the mountings. Then lower the right hand side in and push it into the mountings.

Il try that lol I just struggle with the back of the roof when getting it locked in the boot
RobUK
You have to push the roof forward into the mounts so that it can slide back into the rear mounts.
Chris Wilson
The sort of owners who buy targa roofed cars are EXPECTED to struggle with the roof panel Quality scissors, and a decent hand mirror are taxing enough.

Hee hee. I want to change my vote to 'no' for your renewal The roof can easily be put in the boot from the left down first, then right, on to the support brackets, and kinda the same in reverse to remove it. Matt H
Hazza, it's got to go in at a slight angle. Facing the boot, the top right hand side first, then the top left then the back sits down. Simples
