spikedjack
Nice looking car that They aint called deathshrooms for nothing, probably the worst filter out there. Old news, the triple layer filters they now come with are brilliant in comparison to the first gen foam that the test was conducted on
skyline1
So I've nothing to worry about then? Hope not lol.
spikedjack
Ran them on a friends car for 3 years now with no issues and the insides of the filter/pipes are as clean as the day they started

Also ran the same style filter on my skyline for 3 years with no issues.
skyline1
Had a couple other bits painted last week ready for japfest , done the radiator brackets and the plates which bolt down to the strut tops . thinking about doing the air filter intake next and have the HKS logo polished up. Sourced some purple vacum pipes too so done a few of them, gonna do the rest when i get time. http://just.razzi.me/photos/669159/ad30b0f.jpg http://just.razzi.me/photos/669162/e88f111.jpg http://just.razzi.me/photos/669189/6c92999.jpg http://just.razzi.me/photos/669177/cc98ec2.jpg Bought myself a replacement toyota badge too http://just.razzi.me/photos/669166/b7182df.jpg http://just.razzi.me/photos/669172/1b968b5.jpg Still got these to fit too http://just.razzi.me/photos/669185/dad12fc.jpg Currently on the lookout for some new wheels too, i love the deep dish style but im just gonna see what takes my fancy at the time. really cosidering going for a low level spoiler or maybe a nice subtle lip. Havard
T.F.F.T. I thought you were going to ruin the whole car after the thread title. Lovely looking car and the closer it stays to stock, the better IMO. Lose the rear badge please. H. I think alot of people can see this going really bad.... really am gonna go steady with the paint soon as it can easily go GAY!! i think the purple really suits the car though and its good to be different, apart from the wheel nuts i dont think purple will ever be seen on the outside of the car. The badge ....is something im not sure of myself, main reason i put it on was because my toyota badge was coming off anyway.
skyline1
And the rest of the Supra logos Two under the bonnet aint bad the one on the fan shroud may be removed soon as thinking of having one made up the same style saying "porno purple" painted purple too. kokoro
I love the purple touches. Nicely done. This is what I'm slowly doing with mine. I've just got my new purple plasma dials delivered (custom made by Moman). Can't wait to get them fitted and see how they look.

I would go with a new Toyota badge for the back and some decent wheels and then leave it alone. Resisting touching them too much is the key, just like testicles. H. Small touches are the key I reckon. Personally I'm doing the dials, brake calipers and purple edged mats. I'm considering changing the rest of the dash lighting to purple and possibly will replace the leather arm rests with black leather and purple stitching, but that would be it. Cheers mate it was a brave colour choice but its unique, i had it custom made up as i didnt see anything i liked lol Will you let me know when you have fitted them mate, they sound very interesting to me. Purple is the best colour ever IMO! Will certainly post up picks when I get the dials fitted. Waiting for a bit of dry weather as I need to get my Thor converter in too
