RB-GTE
So here is the deal, I am about to buy TOM's ECU from a member here. I plan to just have BPU for a while, but will do single turbo soon. So while the TOM's ECU replaces the stock ECU completely... removes fuel cut, ups the boost to 1.2 bar, removes speed limit, increases rev, etc.... Can I run a piggyback off this ECU? just like you can do with the stock ECU? The piggyback would be MAP ECU, which is more popular in the US. I just want to double check. Chucky_waR
I wonder how long it will be before they start raving Syvecs and not answer your question..
RB-GTE
wat ^ - - - Updated - - - but really I'm just figuring out if I should even waste my time with the TOM's ECU if I already am planning to get a MAP ECU II. MAP ECU will have some of these features anyways?
letmeshowyou
How quickly are you looking to get the MAP? The Tom's is a waste of time if it will be soon IMO

Tricky-Ricky
There is nothing to stop you just running BPU on the std ECU, don't see the point in buying the Toms ECU, the boost is limited through a retrictor ring and not the ECU, and the std map will be plenty rich enough to run BPU, just save your money and get a better ECU when you go single.
