linconhawk
Hey all, Quick question... Trying to fit these, but not having much luck... Ive tried the solder trick onto the back of the dial cluster, but no joy.... keeps breaking off.... Anyway, with the top half of the dash stripped i can see my KPH to MPH converter... On the little box it says: WHT 12V Signal (Not connected) BRN 5V Signal RED Power BLK Gnd BLU In These wires go to one of the connectors that connects to the back of the speedo cluster... So, my question is.... Can I use this to connect the Speedhut power and earth to ? Tap into the Red for the power and tap into the BLK for my earth... I hope that makes sense.... Sorry no camera to hand or multimeter to hand at the moment... Thanks
Nodalmighty
Arn't they supposed to be only lit with the lights on Take the Gnd (white / black) & 12v (Green / other colour) feed from the ciggy lighter bulb. Lyndon.

Nodalmighty
If you don't have the Dimmer Rheostat connected you won't get any dash lights. Lyndon.

sideexitsupra
Ha ha, I recently fitted some similar dials and it was driving me mad that they didn't work. Then I realised the right hand dash panel was off and the dimmer disconnected. Dufus!
