Thorin
An NA-T with turbo "rated to 1000BHP", on a stock 5-speed? Really?
Guigsy
How many 10's of thousands have you spent on this rated for 1000 bhp engine to only attach it to a geerbox made of chocolate and marshmellow
SupraDan24
It's only the turbo that's rated to 1000bhp Guigsy, at least that's how i read it anyway. Either way, it won't stop the arse falling out of the W58 at 500bhp so it's irrelevant. As above, check the convertor first Neil.

Guigsy
In which case the turbo is hugely oversized and will be way under its efficacy range. Strange decision
neil
The turbo is rated to 1000bhp not the engine mate And wontbe running 500 all the time got a boost valve recommend by people on hear be running about 400 bhp then max on the strip From Luke neils son
Guigsy
I understand that. But a turbo that is rated at 1000 bhp that's only producing 400 is going to be as laggy as hell. Why wouldn't you just run a smaller, faster spooling turbo that's rated to make that power. Besides. Going off topic a little.
