The Raven
Well today i should have been more or less done with the car. Having started it up all seemed fine for the little time it was run, (i had no exhaust on it) so today me and col fitted the exhaust, induction kit and pushed it out side. It fired first time and chucked out all the crap that would would expect to see from an engine that been sitting for a while. Then it started to idle high, then reving higher still then jumping up and down, touch the throttle a little and it sounds like its open right up? I Should add its running a normal stock ecu, no other mods.

Geo
sounds like there is air getting in the throttle body somewhere. last year at pod after i did a run up the strip, a hose had popped of the plenum and my revs went through the roof, it drove like it wanted to go faster, but soon as i popped it into neutral the revs went through the roof. check all hoses, on the plenum side. Swampy442
Make sure as well, all the bolts holding the plenum to the runners and the head are tight.
